Every coach is certified three times over
Here's what every coach holds:
You'll meet your coach poolside at the trial lesson. If your coach ever can't make a lesson, they'll find a new time with you. And if your child still needs that lesson, just let us know and we'll make arrangements.
- First Aid with CPR and AED

Questions parents ask
Where do lessons take place?
At your own condo or landed-home pool. The coach travels to you, so your child learns somewhere familiar. We don't teach at public pools.
My child has never swum. Is that OK?
Yes, absolutely! No experience is needed. The trial lesson is where the coach sees what your child can already do and plans from there.
What do we need to bring?
Just swimwear and a towel. We bring the kickboard, pool noodle and back float.
Can siblings or friends share a lesson?
Yes. Groups go up to 1-to-4, and the price per student drops as the group grows.
Do you teach adults?
Yes, for anyone over 16. Adult lessons are 45 minutes and built around whatever you want to work on.
What if we need to cancel?
How much notice we need depends on the reason:
- Bad weather, a pool closure or a medical certificate: up to 2 per package, and you keep the lesson credit if you tell us at least 2 hours before the lesson starts. Send the MC within 3 days of the lesson.
- Any other reason: 1 per package, with at least 1 day's notice.
- Late cancellations and no-shows use up the lesson credit. A cancellation is late when it comes with less notice than above.
- Group lessons go ahead for the swimmers who come, and an absent swimmer is charged for the lesson. A cancellation made in time, within the allowances above, keeps the credit.
- Make-up lessons depend on your coach's availability.
Do you prepare children for SwimSafer?
Yes. Our lesson plans follow the SwimSafer programme, and our coaches know what each stage asks for, so your child builds the skills the SwimSafer tests check. We don't run the tests ourselves yet.
Do I need to stay at the pool?
Yes, for anyone under 18. A parent or another responsible adult stays at the pool for the whole lesson.
How long do lesson credits last?
Six months from the day you buy the package. On your first package, you get a full refund if you ask before any lesson is scheduled. Once lessons are scheduled, packages are not refundable.
